Flow yoga or ‘Vinyasa Flow’ is the general term given to a style of yoga in which the lead person will guide you from one posture into another, following the breath. This continuous flow of movement and breath helps achieve a meditative state.
A flow is much more than just movement, it is a mind set. You will learn to let go of thought and focus on experiencing the present moment. In flow yoga, each movement into or out of a posture is timed with inhalation and exhalation in a choreographed sequence, allowing you to experience a sense of fluid physical motion.
