SDG 4 - Quality education

4.1 By 2030, ensure that all girls and boys complete free, equitable and quality primary and secondary education leading to relevant and effective learning outcomes.

Combining our background in the education reform sector with our experience around our yoga initiatives, we aim to connect schools across the UK and Africa through yoga-based learning resources, addressing fundamental aspects of human needs as well as meeting a range of curriculum outcomes. With an initial focus on connectivity as a tool to deliver yoga, our Programme will enable developing countries to access wider educational platforms providing communities with opportunities to transform their lives as we work towards achieving the Sustainable Development Agenda.

SDG 5 - Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls

Target 5.3: By 2030, enhance the use of enabling technology, in particular information and communications technology, to promote the empowerment of women.

We are currently working with a Female Genital Mutation (FGM) Safe House in Tanzania. We have equipped them with a My Little Zen Kit so that we can share the gift of online yoga on a weekly basis, empowering young girls to connect with their mind, body and soul through movement and meditation, in collaboration with Hope for Women and Girls. A sample of our work around SDG 5 can be found here: Yoga for SDG5

SDG 6 - Clean water and sanitation

Target 6.1: By 2030, achieve universal and equitable access to safe and affordable drinking water for all.

We partner with unique venues to hold monthly yoga themed events with live music in order to raise funds for a water well building mission in Burkina Faso, in collaboration with WeAfrica. A sample of our work around SDG 6 can be found here: Yoga for SDG6

SDG 9 - Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialisation and foster innovation

Target 9.c: Significantly increase access to information and communications technology and strive to provide universal and affordable access to the Internet in least developed countries by 2020.
