Through attending your weekly online yoga class, you'll also be supporting 'My Little Zen Initiatives' - yoga for a cause. Our goal is to inspire change through movement and music. We are currently working with different organisations to fund developments and initiatives in both the UK and Africa with a plan to spread the gift of yoga and music more widely.
