Join us for our first themed yoga flow of 2022. Melodic House pays homage to timeless classics burrowed deep within the core of dance music leaving you feeling energised as you connect to the familiar beats of this fast moving flow.
Our Melodic House Flow will be in collaboration with International Percussionist Walter Scalzone, who enhances your senses through his unique energetic performance that resonates in harmony with the movements and energy of our flow.
Mikoko offers the ideal setting for yoga, through its design inspired by the relaxed lifestyle of Zanzibar, the connection with organic landscape using natural materials and the setting in the lungs of the UAQ mangroves, which play an important role in reducing carbon dioxide.
