We believe long-term change only happens when immediate needs are met and sustainable systems are built.
We work with young people in underserved communities to create safe, connected spaces where wellbeing, digital skills, and opportunity come together. Some parts of our work are self-sustaining. Others rely on the generosity of people who believe in what we are building.
This is where your support makes a real difference.
OUR SUSTAINABLE MODEL
We operate a cross-subsidy model. Schools and organisations that can afford our wellbeing and digital programmes pay for structured packages. These paid programmes fund our core monthly running costs, including:
- Ongoing internet access
- Basic operational costs
This model allows our work to be consistent and not dependent on emergency fundraising to simply stay open. However, growth and equity require additional support.
Our Immediate Needs (Where Your Support Helps Most)
One-off donations, whether financial or equipment-based, allow us to expand access and improve conditions for the communities who need it most. Right now, support helps us to:
- Expand to More Communities – We currently support 35 communities, but many more are in need of our service. One-off funding allows us to set up new locations by covering initial setup costs.
- Improve Safe Learning Spaces – Donations allow us to provide shaded or covered spaces, basic equipment such as yoga mats, safer, more inclusive environments.
- Address Electricity Challenges – Power outages regularly disrupt learning. We aim to install solar backup systems to keep communities connected.
- Unlock Digital Literacy – Although we support 35 communities, only one currently receives digital literacy training due to limited devices. Laptops and digital equipment would allow us to expand digital skills training to more communities, offer practical, employability-focused learning.
